Hello,
I tried to create a template in Box Sign and I am unable to locate it. When I go to the templates folder I receive this message:
"Metadata Query API found either too many items outside the ancestor folder or too many inaccessible items matching the query.: Unsuccessful HTTP status code received."
I also have templates in the folder dated February 11, 2020, that I am unable to open or delete. We were just given access to Box Sign a few weeks ago and would like to start using it to make signing forms remotely easier.
