I was prompted with "Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue." like a whole bunch of other people who have posted, but I see no way to open a support ticket. The link just takes me to https://support.box.com/ and there is no specific help. This happens every time I do a system update. VERY FRUSTRATING.
