Unable to connect to BOX using organisation email

Users in my organisation are not able to sign in to BOX application installed on their MacBooks using the organisation email. Error populated as attached. However, this application is integrated to OKTA dashboard which is web based which they are able to access via SSO login option. Besides, they are able to login to the Box app using their personal account on the same MacBook and same network.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

Just to clarify, Personal Box users are able to login to Box Drive in this machine but not those who are using an SSO-based Box login, Am I correct?
