Omniplan (extension olpx) are not saving in box on MacOS

Whenever I try to save a file (extension olpx) from the application OmniPlan (https://www.omnigroup.com/omniplan/), I get the following error:

The file is actually a bundle, and when I change the extension to something else, the bundle directory structure appears, and I can save that to box without any issues.

How can I get this sorted?

Thx.

Hi @atq,

Thanks for your post.

Are you trying to save this file through Box Sync or Box online through the webapp? There are certain upload limitations for certain files not supported by Box for example. Check it out here:

What type of error are you seeing? Unfortunately the image is broken. Thanks for clarifying!

Re: Omniplan (extension olpx) are not saving in box on MacOS

Hi there,

I was using box drive. I found out since that box drive doesn’t work well with Mac OS packages, so I moved to box sync until packages are handled.

Best,
Alex
