Unable to send to user verification email

Unable to send to user verification email to one email mailbox, but it can receive all internal and external emails.

Box doesn't send send the verification email, even if you try to send it again as admin.

I have checked junk mails and have look at the mail flow, there is no trace of this mail succeeding/failing or being categorised as spam.

Did anyone else has this issue with box?

@NetstarAdmin,

 

You should check with Box Support to see if that user's email address is on their suppression list. It's notoriously easy to get on it with one bounce. You can either ask them to check for that one, or have them clear your whole domain. We have to do that every once in a while.

If the user has configured his email notifications settings to his personal preferences but is still not receiving the notifications as expected, follow the steps below:

 

Please open a case with the support team to check if the email address was placed on our Email bounce list.
