Using OAuth2 + JWT on a Business Plus account
I'm trying to determine if it's a good idea to use the Business Plus pricing tier with an app that uses OAuth2 + JWT for authentication. On the one hand, I've built a simple proof-of-concept app using the Business Plus demo, and it works OK so far. On the other hand, the documentation says that JWT is "designed to be used with Box Platform and App Users." Given my needs, are there any major pitfalls to using the Business Plus plan and not the Box Platform plan?
We need this app to upload files into a shared folder that's accessible to a small number of managed users. Once the files are in Box, we don't need to perform complex workflows with them or further automation.
With our app, we need to be able to:
- Create the app user
- Invite the app user to collaborate on a folder with managed users
- Upload files into the shared folder
- Use the As-User header, to perform actions on behalf of managed users.
Thanks

Hi ,
No, there won't be any issues with using the business plus plan as far as restrictions are concerned with developer platform usage, other than the 50,000 API calls / month that are defined within the plan. Other than that you won't have any restrictions. Even with the API call cap Box won't stop you from going over that amount to ensure that your application doesn't stop functioning, they will simply adjust your plan in the next payment cycle.
