Salesforce Box Integration Questions
Have a couple of questions regarding customization options of the Box Salesforce integration.
- Is it possible to remove the "Create Folder" button off of the Box visual force pages, without removing the "Add myself to folder" button that shows up? We have need of a custom folder structure, and in the event of an error we do not want users to be able to create a folder.
- Was asked to investigate whether a single Salesforce record can be associated with multiple Box.com folders. This means that there would be 2 Box.com visual force sections on a record page, with each one pointing to a different folder. I haven't found anything specific that says this is possible or not, there is some wording in the API documentation for folder association that makes me think this isn't possible.
