Notification in Salesforce - When File changed in BOX

Hi Experts,

 

Would like to have an "Auto" notification in my Salesforce home page (may be under Chatter) (or) create a new TASK when ever any user upload/comment/tag a file/folder in my BOX instance.

 

Could you please let me know the best possible approach? Do we have any BOX API to configure & see these notification in Salesforce?

     One possible approach would be to use Box webhooks to set up notifications for these type of events in your Box instance. You could then use the Salesforce Chatter API to post these notifications in the Chatter feed.
