How to create a txt file (not upload a file in local path) in Postman by Box upload file API

I set the heads like below

I set the body like below:

 

I can upload a local file in form-data body, but I can't create a .txt file in form-data body. So I tried to create a file in raw body, but I can't send the request successful. Could you please do me a help?
