Export and import Metadata, Folders, Users, Groups and Security permission

Is there any standard way or practice of exporting Metadata templates, Folders, Users, Groups and Security permission from one Box stage to another in case we use Box for all our stages.

 

If yes, please explain the same.

For ex- staging Box configurations from Dev to UAT to PROD.

 

As per the guides, I can find out - this needs to be done either by using

1) Box API, or

2) 3rd party tools such as - Sky-sync

 

I would like to check, if there are any other ways to do this.
