The API call:

https://api.box.com/2.0/files/{file-id}/collaborations

authorized by (admin user/application user with all permissions), don't return collaborations of any external user.

This call returns the only of internal collaborations.

However there is no problem to view those collaborations via 

https://{enterprise-domain}.app.box.com/file/{file-id}/collaborators.

Is there any way to get external user/collaborations via API - without knowing the exact user-login or collaboration-id?

Is there any way to get a list of them?

Please raise a support ticket for this issue from support.box.com, include the information you used to create this post, and if you have this information available, it would be great if we could get the API keys you're using, the response you're seeing from Box, and a timestamp from the most recent reproduction attempts; this will go a long way toward helping us to troubleshoot your issue faster.
