    Thanks so much for using our platform and developer forum. 

     

    This error is hard to troubleshoot without having some more specific information. Therefore, it would be best if you could open a case so we can take a closer look with you. 

     

    In the ticket you will want to include: 

     

    • Client ID (accessible via the configuration tab of the developer console)
    • Date/time/timezone you receive this error
    • The call you're making
    • The full body of the error message
