Hi,

   I am an enterprise user of Box. I want to add some features in Box Notes so that it fits to our working requirements. 

 

1. Is there a way/procedure that I can create a Default template so that everyone within my enterprise can see it automatically? Right now, if I create it as a Custom template, I have to add the person as a collaborator so that he can see it. 

 

2. I want to add more functionalities on Box Notes, is there a way to do it?

   For #1, we currently don't have a feature that would enable replacing a default template with a custom one. For #2, it is currently not possible to extend the functionality of Box Notes. Thanks for sharing this feedback, and I forwarded it to the Box Notes team.
