BOX search API not working

We have been using the same URL for searching for file 

https://api.box.com/2.0/search?query=Contact_File&type=file&ancestor_folder_ids=[Variable]

 

For the past 3 days, from January 17th, it has not been returning the file information that is uploaded in BOX. Has there been any recent changes ?

  Hi  there might be a problem with your search index being updated. Please contact support and they can look into your specific case for you.
