BOX Webhooks v2 do not respond consistently

Hi,

 

So I am working on a POC for which I have added v2 webhooks to a folder by making api calls using the java sdk. For example, I have added the COMMENT_CREATED trigger on a file. However, if I add a comment from the UI the webhook request comes sometimes (2/10) times to the connector that I am writing. Is that a restriction due to the sandbox nature of the environment.

 

Also are v1 apis still supported?

  Thank you for contacting us. API V1 has been deprecated since the end of 2012, so we recommend using API V2 wherever possible. We have filed a ticket to track the bug you reported and will be looking into it shortly. Can you provide us with more details, like the exact requests you're sending?
