Box for Office iOS - Account Limit Reached

When trying to access Box via a Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.) iOS app, the user will receive the following error message:

Troubleshooting Steps


  1. Go to iPad Settings.
  2. In Settings, tap to select the app name (e.g. Excel for iPad or Word for iPad). 
  3. Under RESET, tap Reset <app name>.
  4. Slide to enable Delete Login Credentials.
  5. Restart the app.
