As an admin, you can expand the number of licenses in your account directly from the Admin Console.
- Log into Box and navigate to your Admin Console, and head over to the Business Settings tab.
- Scroll down to the "Account Information" section.
- Click "Purchase More Seats." You will be walked through the seat purchasing process.
- Choose the amount of licenses you'd like to purchase.
- Once you've selected the number of licenses you'd like to purchase, you will be able to confirm and pay with an existing saved payment method or change your payment method in the console.
- Click complete to finish purchasing additional licenses.
Note: In order to be eligible to purchase additional seats from within Box, you must meet the following criteria -
- You must be an admin.
- You must NOT be in a web trial.
- You must NOT be a reseller partner/client.
If you have already exceeded the number of users allotted to your account, you will be asked to purchase those seats as well as any additonal seats you want during the transaction.
