The Updates page provides an overview of all the activity that is happening in your Box account. The updates page shows information about:
- OpenBox Apps
To access the Updates page:
- Click your initials in the top left corner to open the Account Menu.
- Click Updates.
On the updates page, you can filter your updates based on the categories listed above. To filter your updates, click the arrow next to All and select a filter.
File updates are listed in chronological order, by user, with the most recent additions appearing at the top of the list. To prevent clutter, each action appears on its own line.
For more information about a file or folder, or to take action, you can click the name of the item. From the updates view, you can also click on the name of the folder where the item lives or the folder above that.
Note: The Updates Feed is meant to give you a high level overview of recent actions in your Box account. If you are an admin, you can find more comprehensive logs in the Reports Tab of the Admin Console.
