I am trying to unsubscribe but it seems very hard to contact you. There is no information on how to do this on the website and asking a question on Twitter led to you asking me for a case number. This is terrible customer service. What can I do?

Sorry to hear you're not having a great experience, but could you clarify whether you are trying to unsubscribe or cancel your Box account?
I do see the last ticket you had was in March, so can you try to attempt to submit another ticket to continue our Billing process? Use the Contact Box Support option and select Billings to start that process, or if you have something else you'd like to request, let the community know!
