Commenting a user who has Outlook Out of Office auto reply set
Can anyone tell me what happens if you "Comment " someone who has their Outlook set to Out of Office Reply?
Do you get a reply back to Box (at least the first time) showing their OOO message? I'm trying to test this - but having some other network issues today so not having much success and thought I'd see if someone has tried this!
That's an interesting use case/scenario, but unfortunately the person who comments or mentions someone will not get an email back from the Out of Office Outlook auto reply.
The comment will prompt an email to be sent to the user, but the returning OOO email will be sent to a firstname.lastname@example.org email address and this will not alert the original commentator. Is there a reason why you are testing this scenario out? Please share with the community and perhaps someone else can chime in with more thoughts!
