My team did not receive any notification by email!

It's been 2 weeks since any of the company's employees received email box notifications. we already checked spam box and everything they suggested in the notifications thread. When people are tagging other people into files, people do not get notifications. I need to resolve this as soon as possible because we do many approvals of materials online through the box and not having the notifications has hampered our process. If anyone can help, I appreciate it!
