I have this syncing error:
unable to sync Mac package created on box. Is there a way to correct this? If I include "blocked items" I get an error syncing 7K+ files. I'd like to complete this sync.

What kind of file is that? Is it an iWork file? Typically users have issues with iWork files when they're saved as packages rather than flat files. See this article > https://community.box.com/t5/How-to-Guides-for-Managing/Uploading-iWork-or-pkg-files/ta-p/316
You might want to try removing the period in that name to see if that helps. On top of that, try unsyncing the folder, letting Sync finish, and resyncing the folder. If this didn't help, contact our Box Support Team to help you directly.
