We are excited to announce that we have enabled customers to configure their single-sign-on (SSO) solution directly through the Admin Console! Customers with standard SSO configurations can upload their metadata file to the Admin Console if their identity provider is one of the following: Okta, OneLogin, Azure or ADFS. Find out how, here!

Please note that this initial release will not support certificate updates for existing SSO customers or complex configurations that include email aliases or groups. If you need a certificate updated, please open a ticket with our User Services team. Furthermore, if you would like to set up SSO with other identify providers or other complex configurations, please submit an SSO Questionnaire! For more general information regarding SSO, please check out our Community article!

Note: SSO Authentication is available in Business, Business Plus, and Enterprise accounts.
