box sync proxy error

Please advise me.

I'd like to use box sync, but on the company's network I get the following image message.

I thought that it was probably a proxy setting problem, I set the page, but I can not solve it.

I have the same difficulty, only this screen appears and I can not be connected with the sync.

Sorry to hear about this issue as this is not expected behavior with Box. 


This would be something our Box Support team would like to investigate with you and will require specific account information. If you can also submit your Sync logs, you should contact Box Support to help you directly.
