Your options will be depend on what type of account your company has. As an enterprise the only things we can control are the login page text and the Terms of Service. We have no control of the actual email sent to users when they create their account. If you create accounts programmatically you can suppress the email, but not change it. To be certain of your options I recommend you contact Box Support.
