I have uploaded photos and documents from my iPAD and I can see them on the cloud, however they are not appearing on my PC. The folder and some of the documents are on my PC but not the new additions. I have waited several days for the files to be downloaded but nothing as yet. I believe there is no way to force a sync to occur. No error messages are present.
Any ideas? Thank you.
Have you marked the folders for sync from the Box website? See the image below.
Yes I believe I have. All that I can see now is "unsay can from desktop" but I still have the same issue.
Sorry, @p_wilson2017. The images did not come through. Could you try again, embedding them in the online editor?
Which folder is not syncing? Is it the Photos WTG25? Does it not have the same contents on your computer as it does no the website?
I did the age old rectification of removing and installing and this has done the trick. Hopefully the issue does not reappear.
