I'm just about to cancel my subscription.

I have upgrading and download problems.

I've tried chat but getting no where.

Basically I keep getting a pop up message on my desktop saying and upgrade is available.

When I click Ok tells me I have to quit Box. I am not running Box nor can I find an option anywhere which allows me to Quit if I was running it.

Gave up on the upgrade but today went to upload a video from my iphone 8 to box and half way through upload I get an error message error some files could not be uploaded.

Getting very frustrated. This upgrade issue for 2-3 months.

Anyone that can help? I'm sure there is a solution......... if only there was a phone contact!!
