Sync not enabled for my account

Hi,

 

If you are receiveing a message from Box Sync regarding that "this app has been disabled by your Administrator", then your Admin would be able to enable Box Sync for your account.

 

If your account is a Free Personal account, Box Sync should already be enabled for the account as well.

 

If it is enabled for your account and you are still receiving a "Disabled" error message, please feel free to let us know the exact error message in a Support Case with us.
