Not able to access website

Right now we are using Box heavily, and a few of our users are not able to access the website.  Below is the error message. This www.box.com page can’t be found

No webpage was found for the web address: https://www.box.com/core/install.php

HTTP ERROR 404

Hi,

The Status.Box is still saying that the web app has not been impacted.

 

There is a work around.  If you change the redirected URL from https://www.box.com/core/install.php to https://www.box.com/login,you will get to a log in page.
