Frustrated

Anyone else losing thousands of dollars a day $$$ due to frustrating lack of support from box?   

 

Our business is practically shut down and box tech support cannot seem to fix the simple problem, nor are they repsonsive.      I think we may have made a mistake banking on this platform.   --Andrew

Yes, our office admin (Samantha) has been dealing with them for several
days. She is very bright and tech savy.

Our Current case ID is: 1398672

We simply need them to keep with it and get this resolved. We feel that we
are now being neglected with an unresolved issue that is causing
significant problems for our business. Thanks. --Andrew
