Hi there,
I've followed the configurations steps of this link https://help.form.io/developers/integrations/esign/esign-example to configure Esign inside form.io. When I try to test the Esign component in a simple form, I am not able to submit because it displays the following error : unable to process box sign: unable to create folder: error: error:1e08010c:decoder routines::unsupported. 
All the app configurations are inside box app seem to be okay.
Could you help me with this?
