I pay for a "Business Plus" annual subscription. The website RELENTLESSLY promotes upgrading to the "Enterprise" plan, which I do not need or want. This type of user-hostile UX makes me more motivated to cancel my subscription than upgrade. Is there any way to disable these notifications?

Hi Craig,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

Let me create a new case and a member of our team will be in touch, please keep an eye out.

Thanks for posting!

I am having the same problem. I use box as part of a larger organization and have absolutely NO purchasing power or any kind of influence over purchasing decisions. I am a volunteer and do not even get paid for what I do. It is incredibly frustrating to constantly get these stupid upgrade messages every single time I log in just to try to get something done. Please make them stop!!!!

I'm getting a message that indicates "Your starter account is in overage. Upgrade your plan today to stay in compliance and gain access to advance business tools to securely safeguard all your enterprise data.  For questions, contact sales at 877.729.4269."  We are already on an enterprise plan, what is this and how do we get rid of it?  It is threatening and implies we may lose our data.  No one appears to have live technical support staff anymore.  It's ridiculous.
