I am doing a trial subscription with the business plan. I need to make a library publicly accessible. for example - mywords.box.com or app.box.com/mywords would give anyone in the world access to these documents without sign in.

This is the primary reason I am using box.com.

However, that particular option "non-private custom URL" is greyed out in the shared link settings. Is this because of the plan? I found a support article that says that it is supported under business. Is it because this is a trial account?

I've got to say, I am a little frustrated that there isn't a more direct way for me to contact support to fix the problem and and actually make the sale. It's a pretty simple question, but if this isn't going to work, I will probably cancel the trial. And, if the support is that bad, I will probably cancel the trial.
