Box Sync not Showing Folders

Hi there, I recently installed Box Sync to my laptop.

However, for some reason, only files show up in the Box Sync location in Finder (on Mac) and not folders. Wondering whether I'm missing something in settings?

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

First off, can you please log in to Box.com and ensure that all of the folders you want to sync are marked for sync.

Here is an article from our Community site that walks through this in Box. After you've marked your folders for Sync, please go your menu bar, and then quit Box Sync, and then restart the app, and wait for Box Sync to sync your folders on the Box Sync folder.

Just for the product team - It would be cool to have a "sync all" switch so we dont have to manually turn folders on each time we create one.
