Box Capture Stops Mid-Sync

I am sometimes seeing this with the Box Capture app on my iPhone (running version 1.4.1).  I take some document photos, then hit save.  The progress bar shows that save is in progress.  It stops part way through.  Days later, the document can still be seen in the app's document list.  When I click on the document, the only options I get is "Cancel Upload" or "Cancel" as if the upload is still in progress.  It seems to be stuck in this state forever.  Problem is, I already recycled the document and now Box Capture has the only copy and it's not uploading it and I don't have any other save options.  Any ideas?
