To block access to the personal/free version of Box while allowing access to the enterprise version, you can configure your firewall to block specific URLs and domains associated with the personal version. Here are some steps you can follow:

Identify the URLs to Block:
Block access to the personal Box URLs such as www.box.com and account.box.com.
Create Firewall Rules:
Open Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security.
Go to Outbound Rules and click on New Rule.
Select Program and click Next.
Choose This program path and specify the path to the browser or application you want to restrict.
Select Block the connection and click Next.
Apply the rule to Domain, Private, and Public profiles.
Name the rule (e.g., “Block Personal Box Access”) and click Finish.
Add Specific URLs to Block:
In the Advanced Settings of your firewall, create rules to block the following URLs:
www.box.com
account.box.com
Any other URLs associated with the personal version of Box.
Allow Enterprise URLs:
Ensure that the enterprise URLs (e.g., somecoop.*.box.com) are allowed in your firewall settings.
